I am human and I dream.

From South Korea and currently living in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Your weakness? Your strength?
Mostly I act first before I think about the end result. Because this approach is very unpredictable, I can’t always control the outcome.
What makes you different?
I believe myself in what I see, even if it’s an UFO or a ghost.
When did you decide to become an illustrator?
When I was young I used to like to imagine my own world with my own characters and stories. But sometimes, I felt sorry for them that they are only living in my head and have never seen the real world. I wanted to release them but I didn’t know how to do it. But one day while I was sketching some characters I realised that I was drawing a few of them.
What do you find most fascinating about the creative process/your work?
When stories and imagination are visualised. Also, it’s fascinating to see artists getting inspired by their own work.
A few words about your favourite creation?
It’s really hard to come up with my favourite creation, since I give equal love to all my works. Each work has its own precious story and I can’t favour the one from the other.
Someone else’s work that inspired or inspires you…
I love Yagya’s creation. His music is always taking me to an infinite world, a bright and warm world where the sun is white and I’m floating in the air. I can fill this world with endless possibilities.
A new project coming up or an idea you want to work on.
I mostly get ideas from music. Music can lead me to different territories that I usually can’t reach. I also use to make music and I want to implement this in my artwork so everything can be integrated.

I don’t know but I will let it surprise me.
