Who are you? Where are you from? What do you do?
We are Marianna (fashion designer) Chiara and Marco (visual artists). We are from Venice (Italy) and we currently live in Berlin. When we founded MARC ANDERSEN in 2011 we wanted to launch a new and innovative concept, in wich scarves make art become fashion and viceversa.

Unique. Unique. Unique.
What is your weakness?
Dachshunds…we have two!
What is your strength?
MARC ANDERSEN is actually a mix of three personalities and their creative ideas: we inspire each other.
What makes you different?
We don’t follow fashion trends. When we create a new scarf we tell a story: we just use graphical patterns and design instead of words.
A few words about your work?
Someone said that our scarves are like extra-large soft LP covers.We design our graphics in a vibrant and inspirational city like Berlin but the scarves are 100% made in Italy (Como) to offer the best quality of textiiles and manufacture, using digital printing to create extraordinary and sofisticated effects, patterns and colors.
What inspires you?
The 80’s. The NU Disco music. The Universe.
How do your face uncertainties/Times of uncertainties?
We try to take advantage of times of uncertainties by pushing further and working harder, to improve ourselves every day.

We are working on a collaboration project with a famous american artist. Stay tuned!
